Hello from Scone Well

Hello and apologies for not updating my blog for a while. I have had such a busy few months. I have been in the kitchen testing recipes ready for the Christmas period. As well as sourcing some new suppliers and ingredients. The highlight has got to be a truffled Italian cheese that I got from the lovely Nick Pivard @Curds & Whey. It is quite simply outstanding. I am currently testing some mini tart-lets featuring this amazing cheese which I hope to serve on Xmas eve here at home. I have been experimenting with all types of new Canapes both sweet and savoury and in fact will be sampling these @urbanshore Pop! Shop! & Fizz event on November 21st. I am now taking bookings for all your Xmas parties and events. Have a wonderful weekend xx
